Carmen Ramos-Soriano and Retha Hux Co-Chairs of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme 4 th Annual Campaign for Kids Breakfast on Thursday, April 20, 2006 announced the events Keynote Speaker will be Jack Canfield author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series. His new book the Success Principles, How to Get From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be will be the topic of his address.

The Breakfast will be held at the Residence Inn by Marriott at River Ridge in Oxnard . There is no cost to the guests for this event; however, an appeal for donation will be made. The cost to the Club to provide services to one youth for one year is $400, the basis of the ‘ask' that will be presented at the breakfast. Membership is only $15 a year. No child is ever turned away due to economic hardship.
